The whole process was made easy and with minimum time involved. The comoany took care of everything and even if they charged 35% of the comoensation amoung, it's totally worth it (i wouldn't have invested all the needed time and headache to get the compensation myself directly from the company and i'm sure lots of travellers entitlex to get compensations wouldn't either). Totally recommend it! (The money was transferred the same day i gave the account details, although ut took several mknths since the trip- the trip encolved was not cancelled, but delated for a few hours, with waiting in the aircraft for aprox 2 hours).
